How the price is calculated
  • The per-message price depends on the number of active products in your catalogue: the more products the agent knows, the higher the per-message price.
  • The same price applies to DM replies, promo messages, replies to linked stories and comment replies.
  • The monthly minimum is €10 (pro rata for a part month): if your usage is lower, the minimum is charged.
  • When your number of products changes, we adjust the per-message price. A new price applies from the moment it changes and only to messages after that; messages before the change keep the earlier price. Until it is adjusted, the last set price applies. Your current price and price history are always on the Billing page.

Is the 15-day trial really free?

Yes. We build you a working AI agent, connect it to your Instagram, and you use it for 15 days or up to 1,000 messages, whichever comes first. No card, no contract, no commitment.

Do you publish prices?

We do, just not one price for everyone: the per-message price depends on how many active products you have, and the monthly amount on how many messages the agent sends (with a €10 minimum). Auto-replies to comments also come with a monthly add-on of €5 (€10 once message charges reach €60). That’s what the calculator is for. What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged until you add a card in the app. After the trial, the agent keeps working for another 48 hours, then switches off until you add a card. With a card, you pay per message, with a €10 monthly minimum (plus a monthly add-on for auto-replies to comments if you turn them on; estimate yours with the calculator on this page), once a month for the previous month, and you can cancel automatic payments at any time on the Billing page. If you don’t add a card, you owe nothing.

We’ll get back to you within a few hours of signing up. Connecting Instagram is a single click, and the moment the agent is set up, it starts replying.

Do I need to know anything technical?
